Description of problem:
The docs state: "OpenShift Container Platform does not test all factors associated with third-party cert-manager Operator for Red Hat OpenShift provider functionality. For more information about third-party support, see the OpenShift Container Platform third-party support policy." As a note in the cert-manager documentation section. [-] https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.18/security/cert_manager_operator/index.html#cert-manager-issuer-types-testing_cert-manager-operator-about Specifically: ocp does not test all factors associated with "third party cert-manager operator ..." this is a little confusing due to the length of the product name and misuse of provider (should be Issuer). Proposed: Ocp does not test all factors associated with third-party issuers for the cert-manager Operator for Red Hat OpenShift. It may also be useful to provide a link on the word 'issuers' that points back to the upstream issuers list, such that it is clear what an issuer is. Or maybe another section defining an issuer.
