* Previously, when using the `oc adm node-image create` command to add nodes to a cluster, `initrd.addrsize` and `generic.ins` files were not generated when using the `--pxe` flag.     initrd.addrsize and generic.ins files should be generate as part of image generation for ABI day2.

    only kernel, initrd and drootfs images getting generated as of now

Expected results:

    initrd.addrsize and generic.ins files should also be generated as part of image generation using oc adm node image create --pxe command.
