      Docs for OCP 4.18 only state that cert-manager 1.13 is supported. See link here: https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.18/html/security_and_compliance/cert-manager-operator-for-red-hat-openshift#cert-manager-operator-supported-versions_cert-manager-operator-about
      
      Documentation needs to be updated with the proper list of "supported" versions.
      
      We should also consider linking the documentation to this: https://access.redhat.com/support/policy/updates/openshift_operators
      
      For complete information regarding the lifecycle and support of cert-manager. 
      
      UPDATE: it would appear this is an issue dating back to OCP 4.15. We probably need to update some of the still supported versions of OCP docs to match what the cert-manager lifecycle is.
