Description of problem:

When Openshift is installed above Openstack with OVN ,a worker has a additional network with a subnet that has no dns servers with a DNS server an DNS server 0.0.0.0 should be set otherwise a DNS server from the controller's /etc/resolv.conf is added to the worker /etc/resolv.conf which can be problematic. A note should be added so that the customer will know what to expect and modify the subnet if needed.
