Description of problem:

The documentation states some params of SRIOVOperatorConfig with default values that are not correct. Or, they are not correct now that the installation is not complemented with auto creation of a default SRIOVOperatorConfig that was setting the default values of operator.

For example:  `enableOperatorWebhook` and `enableInjector` points that are default true. But this was only because of the auto creation of that SRIOVOperatorConfig. The reality is that the operator has these values to false:

I see it applies also to other like logLevel that is 0 and not 2.

Not sure, it depends on when this SRIOVOperator config is no longer created automatically.
