OCP in vSphere with the assisted installer cannot use web console change vSphere connection

      Description of problem:

      OCP in vSphere with the assisted installer cannot use web console change vSphere connection.
      
      As it fails with error:
      Failed to patch infrastructure 
      specError "Invalid value: "object": apiServerInternalIPs list is required once set" for field "spec.platformSpec.vsphere".

         Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Install OpenShift in vSphere using assisted installer
          2. Try to change the vSphere connection in the vSphere connection configuration.
          3. Set new values
          4. Error "Failed to patch infrastructure specError "Invalid value: "object": apiServerInternalIPs list is required once set" for field "spec.platformSpec.vsphere"."     

      Actual results:

          Error, cannot set up environment through web console

      Expected results:

          Being able to set up vSphere integration through web console.
