Description of problem:

Missing route-override CNI in product documentation

Actual results:

The CNI is not mentioned in product documentation

Expected results:

The CNI should be listed under https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.16/networking/multiple_networks/configuring-additional-network.html#configuration-additional-network-types_configuring-additional-network  We need documentation for this to make clear message that this CNI is also part of OCP.
