At section https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.18/operators/user/olm-installing-operators-in-namespace.html#olm-installing-operator-from-operatorhub-using-cli_olm-installing-operators-in-namespace

If you set the installPlanApproval field to Manual, manually approve the pending install plan to complete the Operator installation. For more information, see "Manually approving a pending Operator update".

we have a reference to "Manually approving a pending Operator update" document (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.18/operators/admin/olm-upgrading-operators.html#olm-approving-pending-upgrade_olm-upgrading-operators), it would be better if we have a link to go directly to the reference as a link.
