Description of problem:

I noticed that on a dev-scripts 4.16 cluster I have a bunch of tmp files lying around, all of which have contents indicating they were created by resolv-prepender. It's possible we mistakenly removed some cleanup code in the resolv-prepender simplification work.

    Always?

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Deploy cluster
    2. Wait a few hours
    3. Check /tmp on a node
    

Actual results:

    A number of tmp.XXXXXXX files containing resolv.conf entries

Expected results:

    No leftover tmp files
