kube_pod_status_reason consistently returns 0 in all situations

      Description of problem:

      Spot instances are being used for specific workloads in OpenShift, deployed on Azure with IPI. The goal is to detect if a pod was deleted by a spot node. The metric kube_pod_status_reason was identified, but the label reason consistently returns 0 in all scenarios.
