SNO min resource requirements docs are wrong

      Description of problem:

      SNO Installing Minim resource requirements is wrong.

      The blue box note states: "One vCPU equals one physical core". That statement is wrong. On systems with Hyperthreading available, two vCPUs equal one physical core.

      Suggested Fixes:

          1. Change table one column "vCPU" to only "Compute"
          2. Change table one row "Minimum", 2nd column to "4 cores / 8 threads"
          3. In the Note box, remove all paragraphs about vCPU and threads, keep only the last point about "Adding operators".
