      Description of problem:

      In reorg of Networking (ContentX) a section which received very positive feeback from dev was dropped (maybe by mistake) https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.15/networking/multiple_networks/configuring-additional-network.html#ip-address-assignment-for-additional-networks_configuring-additional-network 

      it should be reinstated here https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.17/networking/multiple_networks/secondary_networks/configuring-ip-secondary-nwt.html
