Cause: The installer was not checking for ESXi hosts that were turned off in the vSphere Cluster
Consequence: installation would fail because the OVA would not be able to be uploaded
Fix: Check for ESXi host power status
Result: If ESXi host is powered off that host is skipped for OVA import.
