      Description of problem:

In https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/clients/ocp/latest/ several CLIs are listed. Our documentation refers to the cli just by their name, and for all but the "opm" cli, the content of the archive is the name of the cli only. For OPM the name contains the platform too, so the default https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/clients/ocp/latest/opm-linux.tar.gz olds a element name "opm-rhel8".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      How reproducible:

      1. Download https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/clients/ocp/latest/opm-linux.tar.gz and extract the archive. The filename isn't opm.

      Steps to Reproduce:

For scripted downloads this causes an exception/error. It also doesn't match with the documented use of the cli.

      Actual results:

      opm-rhel8 is the executable name

      Expected results:

opm should be the executable name to match the template all the other cli downloads use.
