Description of problem:
Noticed that there are no results of .iso checksum in sha256sum.txt in 4.16 latest installer
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OCP v4.17-latest
How reproducible:
https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/x86_64/clients/ocp/latest/ lists several key OCP related CLIs. Not all of the files listed for downloads are included in the sha256sum.txt (the files with no version number for instance).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the CLI download link: https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/x86_64/clients/ocp/latest
2. Check the sha256sum.txt and look for openshift-client-linux.tar.gz and it's not there.
3. Count the number of lines in the sha256sum.txt and count the number of client tar.gz files and they do not match.
Expected Results:
All files listed for download should be present with a SHA256 hash in the sha256sum.txt file.
