Description of problem:

    The entry of rhcos-4.18.0-rc.2-s390x-live-kernel-s390x in the sha256sum.txt file in openshift mirror site is missing. I see that this is present in 4.18.0.ec.3

1. Goto https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/s390x/dependencies/rhcos/pre-release/4.18.0-rc.2/sha256sum.txt
2. search for rhcos-4.18.0-rc.2-s390x-live-kernel-s390x
