          When overriding the VPC endpoint in a PowerVS deployment, the VPC endpoint override is ignored by MAPI

          1. Deploy a disconnected cluster
    2. network operator will fail to come up
    3.

      Actual results:

          Deploy fails and endpoint is ignored

      Expected results:

          Deploy should succeed with endpoint honored
