Description of problem:

    The mirror regsitry install fails trying to create the ansible playbook container on a rhel 8.10 fully stig machine base install security profile.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

    latest 4.17

How reproducible:

    Every time

Steps to Reproduce:

    1.Install rhel 8.10 with DSIG stig with gui
    2.Try to run mirror-registry install
    3.Container for ansible will fail to start, if you switch to crun instead of runc it works, assume this is some security restriction blocking the container to start but nothing shows in any error log or security audit entry

Actual results:

    mirror registry ansible playbook container fails to start

Expected results:

Mirror registry starts with a vanilla rhel 8.10 install
