Description of problem:

After changing the storage backend in helm from secrets to configmap, helm releases are not visible from console

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

 Always

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Update helm storage backend to configmap, as per doc: https://helm.sh/docs/topics/advanced/#storage-backends

    2. Install a helm chart
    3. Helm release is not visible from console, but can be viewed using `helm history` command.
