When origin revendors o/kubernetes, it pulls in gRPC 1.67.0, and this causes the test below to timeout

[sig-network-edge][Conformance][Area:Networking][Feature:Router] The HAProxy router should pass the gRPC interoperability tests [apigroup:route.openshift.io][apigroup:operator.openshift.io] [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel/minimal]

This test historically passes near 100% and finishes in around 3 minutes, but after updating gRPC from 1.65.0 to 1.67.0, the test times out at 15 minutes (origin's max test case duration).

      Minimal reproducer: https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/29492

This is currently blocking https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/29427 – the groupsnapshot feature – from being backported to 4.18.  It will also block https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/29493 – the kube bump to v1.32.1.
