      * Previously, Portworx plugin Container Storage Interface (CSI) migration fails without inclusion of an upstream patch. With this release, the Portworx plugin CSI translation now copies the secret name and namspace to Kubernetes version to 1.31 so that an upstream patch is not required.       This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-48819. The following is the description of the original issue:

      The kind folks at Pure Storage tell us that if customers upgrade to 4.18 without the following patch issues will occur in CSI migration.
