      *Cause*: This is a feature removal.
      *Consequence*: Customers using oc-mirror v2 Tech Preview won't find this feature after oc-mirror v2 GA.
      *Fix*: Removed the selected bundles feature.
      *Result*: It will prevent customers breaking their operators on cluster when specifying the wrong operator bundle version.

      Description of problem:

      The selected bundles feature released during the Tech Preview of oc-mirror v2 is going to be removed because it is not guaranteed that specifying one version of the operator bundle will contain everything the operator needs to install/run and it could break operators on the cluster.
