Description of problem:
A customer reported an issue during the installation of a Multi-Node (MNO) cluster with ACM hub cluster disconnected where some nodes failed to reboot automatically after OS installation. "Host storage2.lab.com: updated status from installing-in-progress to installing-pending-user-action (Expected the host to boot from disk, but it booted the installation image - please reboot and fix boot order to boot from disk Dell BOSS-N1 CN0WW56VFCP0048D0336 (nvme0n1, /dev/disk/by-id/nvme-eui.005043a502000001))" As per the above error message, Customer did reboot the node and cluster installation is completed but the node is in provisionig state, also sees the error from cluster installation events log "Failed to register host a84ecb87-c32f-7ca5-9374-170ecc06cf0d: Host is trying to register after the cluster has already been installed. That most probably means that the host is booting from the installation ISO, and therefore not effectively joining the cluster. The request will be ignored. Fix the boot order and reboot the host." and the baremetal host has the annotation "bmac.agent-install.openshift.io/ignition-config-overrides:". Customer did disconnect the virtual mounted ISO on the server. But the ISO is mounted again after some time.
