Description of problem:
The tag for ubi9/go-toolset version 1.22 is missing
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Tags: 9.5-1736729788, 1.22.9-1736729788, latest, 9.5
How reproducible:
Open the ubi/go-toolset image in the regististry explorer and search for the tags, the tag 1.22 is missing and is not available.

Actual results:
The tag 1.22 is missing and the previous tags are present like 1.21 for example.
Expected results:
It is expected to have these tags in the same way as on previous versions and releases of this image.
Additional info:
There are automation tools, that are using these tags and depend on it. With the missing tag the tools are failing to update the contaners pipelines in the customer's side.
