Description of problem:

tested with 4.19.0-0.nightly-2025-01-21-163021, admin user go to dev console, select one project, example openshift-monitoring, then go to "Observe -> Dashboards", the default dashboard is the first dashboard"Kubernetes / Compute Resources / Namespace (Pods)", there is error on the page

conflicting label matcher: label matcher "namespace=\"$namespace\"" conflicts with injected matcher "namespace=\"openshift-monitoring\""

select other dashboard, example "Kubernetes / Compute Resources / Namespace (Workloads)", no error for the dashboard, select "Kubernetes / Compute Resources / Namespace (Pods)" again, error disappeared. see recording: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cwlX2--fG9cVrj065ZXuQN7Ot-7US7UF/view?usp=drive_link

if you don't see the error, go to admin console, then back to dev console, and follow the above steps.

same error if we visit other dev dashboard for the first time, and no such issue for 4.18
