launch 4.19,openshift/monitoring-plugin#306 aws

admin user goes to "Observe -> Alerting -> Alerting rules" page, see picture: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1V5fqyBfB0VPsrrweFOei0itQqGJ8v8Au/view?usp=drive_link

alertname with long length is text wrapped on Alerting rules page, example: AlertmanagerClusterFailedToSendAlerts/AlertmanagerReceiversNotConfigured
