      Description of problem:

          We need to update crun package to v1.19.1 to address this comment: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-45632?focusedId=26418152&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-26418152

It looks like there was a recent attempt to update 4.17-rhel-8 with 1.19.1 but it was reverted.
