The logs of a failed cluster deployed using short-lived credentials shows that the must-gather was not able to extract the logs from the nodes. Based on the error message, it is likely that may be related to the installer code being unable to handle the form of authentication that we're using here, as has been seen in a previous bug OCPBUGS-37821.
