      Description of problem:

      OpenShift Container Platform docs are referencing in the verification to enabled PSI which has been disabled due to performance issues with OCPBUGS-37485
          

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      OCP docs for >4.16.7 and 4.17.x
          

      How reproducible:

      Always
          

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Open docs https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.16/nodes/clusters/nodes-cluster-cgroups-2.html#nodes-clusters-cgroups-2_nodes-cluster-cgroups-2
          2. scroll down to Verification step 2 "Check that the new kernelArguments were added to the new machine configs:"
          3. psi=1 and the table below mentions 	Enables the Linux Pressure Stall Information (PSI) feature.
          

      Actual results:

      Docs are referencing to outdated behavior. This is confusing customer.
          

      Expected results:

      Docs should show the current expected state
