VM Metrics screen freezes on high memory VMs

      Description of problem:

          When I create a VM that has memory over 60Gb and consume that amount of RAM in the VM and try to view the Virtual Machine Instance's metric screen it causes the web browser to become unresponsive.

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Create a VM over 60Gb of RAM
          2. Consume all the RAM inside the VM
          3. Navigate to the VM's metrics screen inside of Chrome
          4. The page will become unresponsive almost immediately
          

      Actual results:

      The page will become unresponsive almost immediately

      Expected results:

      I can view the metrics and continue to use the OCP console without having to restart my browser
