Description of problem:
After initializing the web terminal the topology shows a DevWorkspace resource, when selecting it the topology crashes.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Only on unreleased 4.13 (nightly build, tested on launch 4.13.0-0.nightly-2022-12-12-210406)

Crash happen all the time on 4.13 and could not be reproduced on 4.12.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install web terminal operator
2. Wait until the "open web terminal" icon was shown in the top right corner
3. Click it to create a new web terminal
4. Navigate to the topology and select the DW (DevWorkspace) resource.

Actual results:
Topology crashs

Expected results:
Topology should not crash
