Description of problem:
NNCP fails to append nameservers to /etc/resolv.conf with still showing as SuccessfullyConfigured
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
NMState on OCP v4.15
How reproducible:
Happening in customer environment
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a NCCP to add Nameserver as per documentation sample 2. See that the NNCP has been configured. 3. Check if the desired changes are being reflected.
Actual results:
The /etc/resolv.conf isn't populated as desired
Expected results:
The /etc/resolv.conf should have the desired entries
Additional info:
As a workaround restarting on-prem-resolv-prepender.service makes the desired change happen.
I have raised this on #nmstate where I was informed to raise it as a bug.
