Description of problem:

checked in 4.19.0-0.nightly-2025-01-10-002247, chrome Version 131.0.6778.264 (Official Build) (64-bit), there are layout issues for the 4.19 "Observe -> Metrics" page only, it exists in both admin/dev console, no issue with 4.18

2 layout issues for 4.19

issue 1:

layout for query browser text-area is bad compared with 4.18

issue 2:

there is "x" on the metrics graph and the metrics graph layout is bad as compared with 4.18
