      RHEL-59521 RHEL 9.4: kernel hang after attaching new virtio disk with SGX enabledblocked bx3dc-* and cx3dc-*, need remove them from https://github.com/openshift/installer/blob/main/docs/user/ibmcloud/tested_instance_types_x86_64.md
