The url in the OCP4 GUI console for the Compliance Operator details (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.10/security/compliance_operator/compliance-operator-understanding.html) is outdated. 

4.10 is the last version of the documentation for which that url works
4.11+ added a "co-concepts" to this url (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.11/security/compliance_operator/co-concepts/compliance-operator-understanding.html) 


Recommendations:
1) Update the link to the latest documentation available to include co-concepts
2) Update so the link also takes into account the OCP cluster version. For example: 
- Cluster version is 4.10.44 then it redirects to https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.10/security/compliance_operator/compliance-operator-understanding.html
- Cluster version is 4.14.44 then link should redirect to https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.14/security/compliance_operator/co-concepts/compliance-operator-understanding.html
