Bug is with the "Hide Lightspeed" option in the User Preferences. The issue is that the option disappears after the OpenShift Lightspeed operator is installed and running.

It looks like the Lightspeed entry is removed from `window.SERVER_FLAGS.capabilities` after OpenShift Lightspeed starts running (and you refresh the page).

Always    

    1. Install OpenShift Lightspeed operator
    2. Create OLSConfig
    3. Wait until OpenShift Lightspeed is running
    4. Open User Preferences ("Hide Lightspeed" will have disappeared)
