      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-47753. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

      1. Add features.operators.openshift.io/fips-compliant: "true" annotation in the ClusterServiceVersion manifest of your operator                 2. Remove -tags no_openssl from build.sh in linuxptp daemon

      For linuxptp daemon 
      https://download-01.beak-001.prod.iad2.dc.redhat.com/brewroot/packages/ose-linuxptp-daemon-container/
      For ptp Operator 
      https://download-01.beak-001.prod.iad2.dc.redhat.com/brewroot/packages/ose-ptp-operator-container/
       in both link choose the version v.4.17 etc and verify for non-complaint text under /data/logs/x86_64-build.log
