Unable to configure accessTokenInactivityTimeoutSeconds for web console

      Unable to configure accessTokenInactivityTimeoutSeconds for web console. Have used the accessTokenInactivityTimeoutSeconds in the OauthClient as mentioned in the below kcs but it is not working as expected.

      Alternatively have tried setting the spec.tokenConfig.accessTokenInactivityTimeout on the cluster OAuth config but did not help.
