This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-41882. The following is the description of the original issue:
—
Description of problem:
There are too many NMEA messages coming from GNSS in WPC T-GM setup. This can potentially increase the system load and create processing bottlenecks in ts2phc, since the amount of messages may increase when more satellites are visible. At least SA and SV messages should be disabled, as they don't convey any useful time reference information.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Any
How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run WPC T-GM configuration 2. Monitor logs 3.
Actual results:
SA and SV messages appear
Expected results:
SA and SV messages should not appear
