Description of problem:

For a pod selected by an egressIP hosted on a L2 network, and there are more than one egress nodes, the LRPs to support ECMP are located on the selected pods node GW router.

This does not work today and we do not provide ECMP when the above conditions are present.

Solution is WIP.
