Description of problem:
The mutatingwebhookconfigurations spo-mutating-webhook-configuration should be removed when uninstall Security Profiles Operator from web Console

How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install SPO from console 2. When SPO installation done, remove all the seccompprofiles and selinuxprofiles in all namespace 3. Uninstall Security Profiles from web console
Actual results:
The mutatingwebhookconfigurations spo-mutating-webhook-configuration didn't get removed
$ oc get mutatingwebhookconfigurations.admissionregistration.k8s.io spo-mutating-webhook-configuration NAME WEBHOOKS AGE spo-mutating-webhook-configuration 2 7m
Expected results:
