The CI tests that were added for 4 and 5 control plane have been failing quite regularly with the 5 node control plane only. Most likely this is because it takes longer for the operators to be ready in this type of a control plane. The tests should be adjusted to account for this.

This PR temporaily removed the 5 node control plane from CI until it is passing.
