Description of problem:

In recent 4.15 powervs job observing testcase "[sig-apps] StatefulSet Basic StatefulSet functionality [StatefulSetBasic] should provide basic identity [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel] [Suite:k8s]" failing continously

Each testcase has a timeout set to 15 mins but this testcase takes more than 15 mins to complete and thats the reason its failing with Interrupted error
