[release-4.16] After upgrading the cluster to 4.15 the Prometheus Operator´s "Prometheus" tab does not show the Prometheuses

      Cause: An extra "name" prop was being passed into resource list page extensions used to list related operands on the CSV details page.
      Consequence: The caused the operand list to be filtered by the CSV name, which will almost always cause it to be an empty list.
      Fix: Do not forward the CSV name prop to the resource list pages when they are used on the CSV details page.
      Result: Operands are listed as expected.

      Description of problem:

      After upgrading the cluster to 4.15 the Prometheus Operator´s "Prometheus" tab does not show the Prometheuses, they can still be viewed and accessed through the "All instances" tab

      OCP v4.15

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Install prometheus operator from operator hub
    2. create prometheus instance
    3. Instance will be visible under all instances tab , not under prometheus tab

      Actual results:

      Prometheus instance be visible in all instance tab only

      Expected results:

      Prometheus instance should be visible in all instance along with prometheus tab
