3.  oc get rules ocp4-idp-is-configured -o yaml

The Description does not match what's in the description part of the rule

The Description should match what's in the description part of the rule.

Additional info:

We should update the CCR CRD by adding a rationale and modifying descriptions to match the Rule object's CCR.
