      Description of problem:

      During a review of a separate issue, https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/85977, it was thought that the "Machine roles in OpenShift Container Platform" module (which includes the three subtopics) should be removed as "they're not core control-plane issues."  
Affects all supported OCP docs versions, 4.12+
