[release-4.18] Too many nmea messages on E810 card T-GM

      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-45266. The following is the description of the original issue:

      There are many GPS messages appearing in the log, for example:

      Most of them are not needed and create a lot of log volume and compute load on ts2phc. Some of them (GPGSV) depend on the number of the received satellites, and were proven to disrupt normal ts2phc operation if many satellites are visible.

      The NMEA messages must be reduced to the essential ones, namely:
