CAPI install got ImageReconciliationFailed when creating vpc custom image

 4.19.0-0.nightly-2024-12-06-101930    

always    

1.add the following in install-config.yaml
featureSet: CustomNoUpgrade
featureGates: [ClusterAPIInstall=true]     
2. create IBMCloud cluster with IPI
