      Description of problem:

      The albo-operator-trust-policy.json policy document on https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.16/networking/networking_operators/aws_load_balancer_operator/installing-albo-sts-cluster.html uses the wrong k8s service name in the condition. It uses "system:serviceaccount:aws-load-balancer-operator:aws-load-balancer-controller-cluster" when it should be using "aws-load-balancer-operator-controller-manager". At least, that fix worked for me.
