      systemctl doesn't show quay-app service

      How reproducible:

          Follow the step 6 in chapter "Replacing mirror registry for Red Hat OpenShift SSL/TLS certificates"

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Run "systemctl restart quay-app"

      Actual results:

          none

      Expected results:

           quay-app.service - Quay Container

      Additional info:

          The service is running as user service with podman. --user option is needed.
